Birth of Panahon Marine Surveys Services Pte Ltd

Panahon Marine Surveys Services Pte Ltd was established to provide registration and surveying services for both local and international maritime communities.

1993

2012

Captain Hou Hee Phat

Appointment of Captain Hou Hee Phat as the special agent of Panama Registry in recognition of his contribution and efforts over the decades to promote Panama as the preferred choice of registry for ships in Singapore and in the regions.

More than 1000 maritime registration conducted.

By 2015, more than 1,000 maritime registrations and more than 1,000 surveying assignments were handled and conducted by Panahon Marine Surveys Services Pte Ltd.

Mr. Matthew Pay as Technical Officer

Appointment and secondment of Mr. Matthew Pay to the Segumar, Singapore, as “ Technical Officer ” to bridge the cultural gap between Panama Maritime Authority and the Singapore’s shipowners and managers, and to provide feedback to the Panama Maritime Authority and to promote the services of Segumar Singapore to the local maritime community.
